Synopsis: The story tells us that a conflict was fought between two brothers 25 years ago in Granite City. That battle ended with the victory of one of them and the death of the other. Once everything was over, the hero was never seen again. The city has been sinking into despair. All things get worse when a teenage criminal regains the power of the villain.
