Synopsis: The fact that both Margot and Grace’s disappearances ended up on Unfiction demonstrates how connected the two events are. Whereas David in Seeking is driven to discover his daughter’s whereabouts in order to bring her home, the narrative in Missing is the opposite. The girl is looking for her parent at this particular time. Both tales, however, center on the complicated relationship between a single parent and their child who lives with them. Even though viewers eventually learn June’s father never actually passed away, the beginnings of the movies also show home films of the other parent before their passing.
