Synopsis: Beginning with Cain waking up in a hospital with no recollection, blackout takes place. He receives visits from Eddie (Chaparro) and Anna (Cornish), who both pose as his wife and best friend, respectively. They don’t wait long to press Cain for information regarding a case. demonstrating how he came to be associated with the Cartel.
